It's a nice place to work for me and a great experience of my life

High cost and less service: They charge you high in making charges for simple items with simple design. They claim for lifetime maintenance and come up with reason to not do the same. I have been there for buying bangles for my newborn. It looked like solid bangles but they aren't. Sales representative neither informs but when you go maintenance. They will inform that they cannot do the same as bangles is pipe like structure and correction is very big task. On questioning they give mediocre excuses that these are for gifting purpose. It means when you gift them, sold jewellery will not comeback for repairs. Thats great reason but this doesn't go well with the intent.

They don't seem interested if you are not buying jwellery in relatively higher range. Adjacent Tanishq store hss much better customer reception
