This is good shop for gold & diamond jewelry but I am not really impressed with their service & their collections for light weighted jewelry for daily use. On first floor they show us their collections which is just ok but I don't get what I want.

We visited the jewellery recently and the experience was great! Has gold section on the ground floor and diamonds on the top. They have polite, responsive and patient staff who showed/explained all the collections and helped us try it out. They gave a good discount, explained their offers etc. as well. The place has decent parking, a guard to guide customers and they offered cool drinks, tea, coffee etc. while shopping. They accept all kinds of payments - cheque, card, Google pay etc.
Excellent range of all types of jewellery.I had purchased an necklace, made up to order that is just beautiful! Friendly and helpful staff and in no way pushy at all, we had plenty of time to view stock. I Will return to kalyan again. Thank you!!!
Worst service experienced Because of size issue, I ordered a ring to Kalyan jewellers for which they took 40 days to deliver and to my surprise they resize that ring with lots of scratches and dents instead of making a new one. Never buy from employee driven jewellers buy from owner driven jewellery shop they listen to you...
