Gold jewels are good. But don't ever buy any jeweles which contain ruby or emerald or diamond. They will cheat you in this. They used to say that stones are very pure and they won't even give you the proof. They won't even mention the 1 carat price of those stones in the bill. They used to give one card for buying jewles that contains stone to check in their website. But if we check in that website, it won't give you any result report.
This is first time we bought jewels in Kalyan and we are disappointed. Don't ever plan to buy jewels here since they are giving discount in gold price. They will cheat you on wastage and stone cost.
The staffs in the store won't even speaks the truth. Whenever we asked for the wastage they used to say that they won't put more wastage and they will say very less wastage to you. But when you analyse the entire bill properly you will feel for buying jewels here. Also, they will take more than 30mins for preparing bill.
Also, before billing you must ensure that you are paying correct wastage amount. Make sure that you know how to calculate the wastage amount before reaching the shop.
Whoever lives in trichy district don't ever believe the sales executives who tries to convince you to come to their shop by believing that they will give you discount. Be aware!
Full star to them for their hospitality... Their support, staff, everything. I still remember the day when I visited this place for purchasing small item but they will attend you irrespective of the investment you are going to do with them. The billing process is bit longer. They even can make u wait for 30 mins to make the bill payment just because you can't speak Tamil. And I will suggest them to STOP that Biasing.. In addition to this, they may also provides the discount on making charges.
Good Shop to buy jewellery, unfortunately i couldn't buy 1gm Thaali coin during my maiden visitz last week.
But, they convinced by getting our address and mobile for intimation of coin availability later.
Brand new showroom. Very spacious. Quite a no.of experienced and courteous sales persons. Gold rate more than rs 100 less per gram compared to market rate. Bought just a gold coin for akshaya thirithiai here with hallmark and ID as per latest government directive . Not tried jwellery here yet.
Recently visited, the worst hospitality and took hours for billing. Don't waste people time and money. Staffs didn't cooperate well

Too much of wastage for products ....let me tell me an example ..I have bought 8.7 grams of silver....they have charged me initially of 1700 rs and after I asked them they reduced it to 1300 rs .....what is this a sales person can reduce upto 400 rs .....wow very good management....As per them per gram of silver is 210 rs....I advise those who are reading this review never go to this shop....irritating idiot staffs....
