Don't waste your time. It looks big show room but they don't have variety at all specially for mens bracelet and kada. Secondly sales person not at all interested to show you variety. I had to to tell him to show me this and that. Sales person admitted that they lack of variety. Go to joyalukkas shop which is near to Kalyan jeweller, they have good options.
I would have give 4 star but due to the trainee incharge me Praveen most unpleasant person I have seen in past 9 year at Kalyan jewellers . He has no consideration for tenured customer. I will make sure will never buy scheme with kalayn nor get anyone here. If you can't adjust 500 rs. What is authority you have as compared to staff and manager.
We have been loyal customers of Kalyan Jewellers. Today at Dhanteras we wanted to buy some jewellery. I brought one Ganesh Idol and anklet (Payal) worth around Rs27000. The most disappointing part was that the packaging cardboard boxes that you get at pastry shop. You can make out from the video. I saw this after making the payment. I would have definitely not purchased it. I saw this when they were packing. The salesman completely ignored us when I was complaining about it. Normal jewellery shop would have given better packaging. I brought the most expensive payal. Still this treatment that too at Diwali
Convenient location,,just outside Vashi railway station.Spacious show room,unforgettable ambience, ample variety of displays.Only problem is that all the staff is South Indian & is difficult to communicate.

Place is nice very polite staffs. But Designs are moderate. Very important is wastage minimum is 25% which is too high for example I selected 3.3g gold but wastage is more than 1 g gold rate . Other shops it's flat 10% Also they charge extra for stones.
