Kalyan Guest House - Hotel in Kalyan - Thane, India

Very friendly and helpful staff.... Rooms are so comfortable

This hotel is very near to the station. Non ac rooms are 800 rs. But this is not a family hotel. Should not come with family and kids. Near by areas are too dirty and crowded, rooms were clean. If you have to catch the train you can stay.

Nearest from Kalyan Station, although the area is quiet crowded but this hotel is very clean & has decent staff. Food can be ordered veg & non veg both available. Room service is good. Suggest them to keep a few more toiletries in washroom like tissue paper, toilet paper etc.Over all experience was good & is friendly for unmarried couples as well.

I'm very upset from this guest house Reason behind it there are so many reasons , so one by one I will disclose all. 1. This guest house is totally not friendly for couples. If they will allow to couples just for a 30 minutes. 2. Secondly you will never feel comfortable in this guest house with your family and friends also. 3. I booked a room for 24 hours but full night I was staying on kalyan Railway Station not in room because they did not allow me and my life partner that's y we both are staying in Railway Station not in a room. 3 . I spend full night outside but they taken full rent of room only for just luggage because my luggage was inside the room. 4 All time I didn't feel safe that's I was on Railway Station full night but I thought my luggage is safe inside the room, but I was wrong when morning time I went to room for a check out I saw there my room was opened and my gold chain missing . 5. Check in check out time is 9 to 9 o clock . It means if your are sleeping from night you have to wake up early morning for check out .so you can't take proper sleep . I'm also a hotelier working in five star hotel , so I want to saying just only this much don't go and don't choose this type of hotels for your staying it's completely unsafe , uncomfortable for us.. I don't want give any rating to this guest house. One more thing they are taking rent per double pax but they are providing guest supply per double pax. Room condition - WC was broken, TV was not working, near the bed side lamp table there should be a charging plug.. But it was not working, telephone was not there inside the room , if you need anything you have to go to reception , For example if you are bathing and immediately you need a towel ..that time how can you say I need towel because telephone was there and bathing time you can't go to reception also. Very bad service . Most important thing is that they don't have common sense how to talk with guest, very bad attitude they have against guest. If you will choose this guest I'm sure noone will take care of and your room.

The Kalyan Guest house, exactly opposite of Kalyan Junction Railway station west. Even though it is very near from station, it have very reasonable rates. Staff have helpful nature. Room service is prompt. This Guest house means you can take any train, as your time.

Busy and noisy area but room is good reasonable price

Invoices generated are not proper and they are not providing GST invoice for hotel tariff 1000. Atleast they can charge 999 if they don't want to issue GST invoice

Seems affordable than other regions near railway station
