I have a very bad experience with this travels. We have hired a 19+D seater traveller bus. We have to paid the entire amount of the fair before the journey start. But after entering into the bus the driver come up with his natural form. He behaved very badly with us. Through the whole journey he threatened us to hear his order unless he will drive the bus besides the hill. We became very upset with this driver and the bus owner also. Dear tourist, don't go with this travel agent. I shared my bitter experience with this company to you. Thank you.

We hv an ugly experience with Kalra Travels, Ambala, on 26/05/2023. we were supposed to visit places like Manali, Kullu, Bhunta and Barot valley...The behaviour of the driver Mr. Rajesh was unruly, rough and ugly.... The owner; Mr. Manish was cunning enough to charge us twice for the same route to Rotang pass...we are utterly disgusted with their behaviour and service.

Very bad experience!! Owner & Driver both are a great chitter!! We had travelled with 18th members on last 26 Dec to 4th January (10 day's) on 2023 and paid him total amount but from the beginning to last day they behaved not professional and very poor mentality. So please don't book this traveller's.

One of the hopeless travels you can ever experience. According to the plan, they had told us that they would reach us to the hotel, but left us 2 km far from the hotel as their vehicle wasn't allowed to move into the city. We had to then manage ourselves walking upto 2 km away with our luggage . Bus broke down multiple times, almost every day. So wasted our valuable time and could not do the site seeing as per the itenery. Driver and cleaner were too rude at replying, when questioned for. Did not wait at the places of sight seeing. Even 1 star rating is not worth.
