The behaviour of the land lady (Kakima) is great . She is very helpful in nature. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The rent is also within normal limit (affordable for students). Proper environment for study is present there. It is situated near Saraitikar Aamtala Durgamandir. One of the best places for rent for Burdwan University and UIT students.
Behaviour of the owner is good. Should be more careful about the cleanliness. Not dirty but ok type.
