I had my second delivery in this hospital.. my obstetrician (OB) doctor VIDYA MAM such kind hearted...They took this pregnancy period without fear...it is because of this doctor... Then nurse from my labor ward treated very kindly.... Thank God .... These are postive Then the next side.... The hospital is money minded...The room there was not good ... I'm admitted 3days ,,there is no water in bathroom and the heater is not working.... Management no one respond... I recommend for this hospital only Vidya mam for pergency.....

Currently having worst experience in this hospital. No proper guidance for the patients and we have to wait everywhere here... worst canteen ever for hospital and you dont even get a juice or snack for the patients or also for the attenders... People around this area has only option as this but you can go little far for better treatment and care... i never suggest this to anyone.. you can see others review and take your decision.

Worst treatment. I went for an emergency.. Duty doctor didn't come for diagnose. She just sit in the corner of the room and just asked 2 questions from distance.. I was there for a hour max and they charged 300rs observation charges.. No proper diagnosis.

Worst unorganized Covid vaccine center, not following any protocols properly , We registered in cowin govt site and went to hospital on time, But they said to come back tomorrow as vaccines are out of stack. Why they are are opening up slots without vaccines .People from all the slots are crowded.Also Response is horrible and pathetic.. number is switched off or busy all the the time. Later,we rescheduled our appointment to ramakrishna hospital and vaccinated safely

Poorly organised covid vaccine center, not following slots properly , without vaccines they are opening up slots and asking to wait till 1 am to get vaccinated. People from all the slots are crowded in one slot and there are lot others walked in without booking and hospital is accomodating them. Response is horrible and number is switched off most of the time.

Please don't go to this hospital, last year an insect went into my ear and I rushed to a hospital to get the insect out of my ear. I first went to another hospital but they told to go to a bigger hospital so I went to this hospital. The doctor and nurse that was on duty were very rude and acted very egotistic towards us when we were in need of help. The nurse put terpentone oil in my ear which is not something a doctor or nurse should ever do without proper checking beforehand. When asked what they were planning to do they were very rude and dismissive,. They did not check if I had a cold before and due to putting turpentine oil in my ear, it started burning like fire. I started crying for the next 6 hours due to the pain. Everyone is inexperienced there. I had to wait till morning for a specialized ENT doctor to get the turpentine oil out of my ear and till then it was still burning. It took me 2 months to regain proper hearing in my ear due to the mistake they had done

Zero star is apt for this hospital. Money eaters . Dr vidya feel very lazy to review admitted patient. In 2 days admission she visit once a time but charge 3000 as doctor fees.. Too poor staff nurses also lazy persons
