Very much unprofessional behavior. They asked me to wait for 2 hours and in the end they said the lady who does all these work she has stepped outside. just wasted my whole day. pretty much average work but high price. seems like they don't want to run the business.
Not very well managed, staff have very little training, how to deal with customers.I Was disappointed it seems they just don't want to do bussines. I literally saw 4 staff siting giggling but kept giving excuses that there is no one to do trimming, coloring and other services... Gave excuse that the lady who knows how to do all is on job out side and can come only after three days, today was Wednesday and next you can come on Friday... Good luck to everyone, who ever have to go through this... I took a pic of the secret number which you might not find it online just call them before you go..

Hygienic Time correction required. Closes at 6.30 pm Dont respond to booking calls at 6.00 pm. Staff turns away customer sitting idle at 6.25 pm. Big let down
