College is good but facility is very poor. Teacher's are really good but the political environment is not good at all .

It's a West Bengal Government owned Polytechnic college in Kalna,Purba Burdwan,West Bengal.It's about 10 minutes walking path from Lichutala Bus Stoppage,which is connected with Bus,Auto-Ricksaw and Toto service with Ambika Kalna or Baghnapara railway station. Three branches of diploma engineering are tought here by experienced faculties.These are CE,ETCE & CST....Admission schedules each and every year by JEXPO (Polytechnic exam conducted by West Bengal). College campus also very nice surrounding with green environment and has adequate area,which is covered through out the campus beside a rice mill.Although canteen facility is not available still now.Always peaceful ambience prevails here.Here a college Govt hostel present behind the campus for girls only.Boys candidates have to stay private mess or PG if required.The fare of those messes are little high comparing to govt aided girls hostel. At the end it should be mentioned that since 2019,the job on-campassing for 3rd year has started for CST and ETCE trade only.

The way towards the college is easy. And the campus is quite big compare to the total in take capacity of the college. Overall good
