A very Comfortable, calm and well equipped property managed by a humble elderly couple. The area is very nice. We stayed for a night. They've got a good parking space. The food offered was yummy! There is also facilities if you'd like to make tea or prepare food.

Kallina Mane is located at the center of the city, in a peaceful residential area, completely insulated from hustle and bustle of the city. When we get into the premises, we are greeted by courteous owners residing within the premises. Check in is hastle free and flexible depending on availability. The rooms are big and spacious, with Split AC installed, study table, central teapoy and chairs, electric kettle with necessities, King Bed, closet, TV etc. The rooms are wifi enabled. The interior of the rooms and bathroom are sparkling clean including linen and toiletries. There is common area for relaxing adjacent to small Kitchen. Homestay offers breakfast which is included in the tariff. I couldn't have breakfast due to time constraint, hence cannot comment on the food. Owners are quite cooperative and flexible. It was a wonderful experience staying in Kallina Mane and would prefer to stay in Kallina Mane only, whenever I am in Belagavi. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for two nights with my family. Rooms are well maintained, homely atmosphere. I stayed with my 3 yr old daughter and truly it's homely feeling with fully functional kitchen. The owner is a true gentleman and ready to help always at anytime.
