Don't get carried away by looking at the photos posted by others. You don't have permission to reach the stream. All you can see here is the variety of fruit trees, the way they are propagated, and a park at the end. Once you reach the end, you will be surprised to see water flowing from the stream (through a pipe to a small rock) and that's where you can take shower or play in the water.. Not for family who want to spend time in the stream, probably a good place for couples who need isolation. You will see a pair under many trees

The place is filled with century old tress and varieties of plants, they also sell various types of fruits, succulents and flowers plants for a affordable price. The artificial waterfall and playground for kids is good. The whole park is slightly under maintained. The staffs r very helpful in picking out saplings. The government can still improve the infrastructure. The place is filled with creepy monkeys, don't hold anything in hand, they may snatch out of curiosity. The parking space is there inside but the way from the main road is very poorly maintained.

It's a very calm place. It's good to go away from the City buzz. Good trail to walk around the nature. There are 2 artificial water fall for taking bath and overall a good place for kids.

If you are expecting something like a park kind of structure you will be disappointed. Basically it is a government farming area where they grow plants and trees of different types. You have to park the vehicle and get a entry ticket of 20 Rs and then need to walk in roughly for 800 meters. During the walk through you can find a lot of tree and plant varieties and end of it you will be seeing the so called park with just 4 to 5 see-saw, slider and swing for kids. Artificial water stream is a joke!! it is just water falling out from a pipe like structure closer to a rock. At the time of my visit that stream was so weak that just I can wash my hands alone. The river is accessible if you walk further after that park but you will be strictly told at the entry point not to climb further in to the river. The photos posted here may be intriguing but it is an average spot. May be good place for romancing couples since the place is very isolated with lot of trees and bushes gives some sort of privacy. At the parking area there will be some fruits and plant samples available for sale too.

Extremely calm and serene place in the Ooty Mountain Base. This is a very vast park and has a wide variety of trees and plantations.

Peacefull with lot of trees. Small playarea for kids.

Very rare horticulture garden, just relax walking,very natural place. Plants are available. Jam,jelly,pickles& squash also available. Seasonal fruits like jackfruit.mangustan, rambutan. Litchi & durian also available
