Worst experience ever the staffs are unprofessional and do not know how to treat customers. Service is very very bad. Please anyone planning to stay there i am genuinely saying dont go and stay you will regret for what you paid there are charging 2500 for a normal ac room and not at all giving any class. Uncultured staff in such a kallada group hotel. Not even 1 star rating i can give

Pathetic hotel. Pathetic hospitality with the customer. Food quality is bad. Receptionist n other persons including manager are the worst u can ever have.

Food is great. Staff is friendly. Rereview after 4 years. Things have gone downhill. Don't eat here if you wanna live It was a 4 star ...there is no negative star thus one star. Food is dangerous not just bad. Staff is old and kinda ok ...can't blame them..they are doing the best with what they have

The hotel is very close to the high way. Parking space is conjusted. However, it is rather new hotel and everything seems to be new and attractive. The restaurant didn't have many options on the evening I had visited. I have heard the food is nice and tasty here.

Very bad service. The staff here don't know how to treat a guest.I came here to check-in and waited for ten minutes and didn't see a single staff member at the reception.

Good parking space. Clean atmosphere. Easy accessible from all directions. Have both ac and non ac bars. Cost is little bit high, but the ambience is not adjustable with the cost. Seating and interior is average. Service is superb. Don't knwo much about the residency. Didn't stayed on there. Maybe it will be good and great. Reception is good and the person on there is also good and helpful. Only thing i don't kike is the ambience of the ac bar. They are charging as per 3 star rate and the ambience is not upto the mark. Otherwise its all good.

Nice hotel in this area...

Beer and wine experience was good... But the food is worst... Two time i had non veg( porkfry,beef fry) from there and both times my stomach got upset...and one time i even needed a doctor's assistance.... Am not imposing anything but still i think they are using outdated meats
