Pathetic service. Had booked good AC car but they sent non AC car in which the windows also didn't work. Rude behaviour. Mr. Deepak Sharma threatened and blackmailed after we complained about the car. The condition of the car was hopeless.

Took a package from Chandigarh to Manali and Deepak Sharma was referred by the hotel guys. Only good thing with our trip was, we got an excellent driver "Suresh" who was highly skilled to drive in HP. Issues with our trip - 1. Deepak promised to rent a temp traveler with recliner seats and none of the seats had a recliner working. 2. Bus was not hygienic as driver used to sleep in the traveler and every morning it used to smell really bad, you feel like vomiting. My advice is, avoid this travel agency if you are looking for a hygienic and comfortable vehicle.

Avoid kalka pawan tour and travels at all costs! They overcharge and demand extra money at the end of the journey. Complete disappointment!

Worst behaviour of Owner Pawan. They will charge you more then total deal. All for their so called commissions from hotels. You have to take hotels asked by them only otherwise you will be charged.

Very good Services.... Deepak ji is very good person. And Cheap price.. car Services was excellent... and his driver mr. Bahm prakash is excellent driver.. who knows all the routs of total tour.. his behaviour is speechless.. we didn't say anything but he complete all the sieghtseen..we didn't miss a single place of shimla, kullu, manali, Dharamsala and Dalhousie.... so if i go next time obviously i will book pawan travels' car.. and driver prakash ji also... thank you.....

Giving 4 star as owner shown courtesy and given all relevant information - Rs 10000 cab package from kalka to manali - above price is for 3 night 4 days - it includes cab drivers allowance and toll. - advance need to be paid as token money usually 1000/- only via bank transfer. - Rest amount can be paid directly to driver either cash or electronically. Dipak Sharma was introduced to us by the owner of Hotel Dharamvilla, Kalka. He had provided vehicle for tour to Kinnaur Kailash. The ten days Kalka to Kalka tour experience was excellent. The driver Viccy is a very nice person. Recommended Dipak ji for tour Himachal Pradesh.
