It was faltu hospital not proper doctor here not treatment quality better so it was faltu hospital doctor is not coming 11 am before

Worst service, lack of medical supplies or instruments,no proper way of biomedical disposal which is really helpful for nosocomial infection,lack of professional,

The original name of Kaliachak Hospital is Silampur Hospital. There is no provision for treatment of serious patients except first aid. According to the population here, the management of the hospital should have improved a lot. Even an operation theater is a must here but sadly there is none. There is a lack of care in the service even though a Matri ma hospital has been created for pregnant women.

Today 24th may time 7.35 pm I was going there .One dr was presented in his room .When I was going there i saw he is sleeping in his bed with a comfortable ac .When he saw me he is coming to heard my problem then i told my problem .But he told me he has not pulse meter then he told me come again tomorrow . then when I told his you are a doctor but you have not any material for treatment he told me get out otherwise i see you and don't know who I am .

The most dirty and untainted rural hospital i ever seen. The ground level staffs and duty officer are too lazy to do their duties. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour towards patients and their family member. Need some urgent renovation of the buildig and colouring.

Doctors are good ...but in emergency ward the nurse are treat open wound roughly so ... It's a horrible place for open wound patient

Located at opposite of kaliachak high school. Number of Doctors of very few according to infrastructure and it's proportion. Emergency services open 24 hours a day. Good service provider of people of kaliachak. Ambulance and matri jan services open 24 hours. Not cleaned properly. Some record on their hand within malda district ( government hospital ).

Doctors are good. But management condition is bad.
