Kale Da Dhaba - Punjabi restaurant in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

*Excellent food quality & quantity too! *I have tried butter chicken, chicken tikka masala,Butter naan,Garlic naan. *Staffs are also friendly and ambience is pretty good. *Price is pretty okay according to food quantity.

Place is not Hygienic. 2nd story seating was like sitting in a store room. They flat out refused to provide water saying that the water is contaminated and i should get bottled water instead which in itself is pathetic excuse. Now come to food , their butter roti doesn't feel like they had any butter and the ladai chicken had very small chicken pieces and rest was gravy only.

Spontaneously decided to dine at a humble dhaba. Despite its modest appearance, the paneer butter masala, dal makhani, and garlic naan we ordered were delicious. The dal makhani had a pronounced ginger flavor, which some might enjoy whilst some might now. Additionally, they provided mint chutney with the order, and the prices were reasonable. Must try - not actually , can skip if better places in mind. Good if you are hungry.

Finally I went to Kake da hotel for lunch. The most hyped place in town. It was amusing for me when i heard there is one hour waiting on weekends for dinner. Food was good rich creamy and buttery. Though for me it was very heavy. But on the whole it was a good experience. Their masaledar onion was very good. One time visit is must if you like heavy food. Service was also good. Ambience is like pure family resturant.

Disclaimer :- I have never visited this restaurant however have tried their food via Zomato on my trip to Amritsar as I was residing in a hotel nearby. The Food items I tried are :- -Dal Makhani -Rara Chicken -Chicken Fry Positives :- -Quantity is good. -Prices are decent. Negatives :- -Average Taste

The food was very tasty. The place was very crowded and there were no sitting hall on the ground floor. The stairs to the first floor are very steep and even a normal adult will find it difficult to climb it. It is very hard to climb the stairs for a disabled person. We had to wait 5-15 mins for a seat and the place was cramped up. Elevators are not available. But the food was tasty and good.

Don't eat tawa chicken they give only vegis in tawa chicken

Very fast-service, quality desi food. I especially liked how much care the waiters gave to the clients.
