kalchira water treatment centre - Water treatment plant in Kudavattoor - Kollam, India

Superb place to visit this summer. Enjoyed bathing here and felt so much relaxed in this hot season. The water level is not dangerous this time (we visited in April). You can have lots of fun here.

Good place to spent time with friends. Actually its a safe place to hangout with friends. Not so much facility in this waterfall. Own safety we should carry on. This waterfall is mostly visited for bathing, scenic view, stress burster and photo shoot. It is a good hangout place. its situated near a mosque.Good place for marriage photo shoot and pre bridal photo shoot. Not crowded

Was a wonderful place but now changed a lot

Not a tourist spot. Not a water fall. It is a water treatment centre as part of drinking water project of Kerala Water Authority. Recommended for not to visit to save time, money and fuel.

It ain't much of a waterfall, but scenic place. Its a bit far from the main road. I am not sure if you could swim here, better not to. Even then for sightseeing this is very nice. Its located beside Kalchila Mosque.

Best place to hang out in the evening

Nice place to visit and spend some time watching the river falling down from a bund.. There are some nice rocks at the side of the river directly in front of the bund to sit and watch.
