Updated review: do not bother with Kalasha. They do not stand by their own products. We attempted to exchange a set that was purchased from them, and they refused to even entertain the idea. We were assured upon purchase that they would provide a certain exchange rate, and we even have the paperwork with purchase valuations for the set. Mr. Ramesh refused to even acknowledge the paperwork that he saw, which was also made in front of him!!!!! He is, in fact, very dismissive, and does not listen to what you're asking for, being more interested in your family history. We had been coming to Kalasha for years, but this experience has broken all trust in the shop. We will not be returning, ever. ------------ Kalasha is a great place for jewelry. It is not only that the collection and designs are fabulous, it's that you get wonderfully personal attention while looking at the available items, making purchases, or planning repairs. Kalasha will be my first choice for any further jewelry needs. In particular, Mr. Dashrath immediately understood our needs and the value of the items brought in for repair -- this is a rare and very valuable quality. I highly, highly recommend Kalasha. The only negative in my entire experience is that I was constantly harangued for a Google review by the customer care people. This really takes away from the experience and is quite annoying.

I am from USA planning to buy a necklace online and like to start a scheme also, asked for video call to shop, they said no becoz I must have their app in my phone to buy a necklace thru video call. I really don't understand y they need their app in my pH, I never had this experience with other jewellery stores in Hyderabad, I shopped in-store when I was India again I never go this shop and don't recommend to any one.

NRIs beware!! They are liars and scamsters! The amount they quoted while making the online purchase (offered through video call from Hyderabad store for shipping to US) for gold/diamonds/making etc is different from the invoice/bill I received in US after making payment (including the tax/duty). And a couple of bills I received have no details and only final amount is quoted. I bought multiple jewellery pieces trusting everything they said about how the bills will be issued at the time of delivery. Repeatedly after asking for the correct bills with the estimate/breakdown they quoted, they just kept me waiting for extended period of time for many months. And in the end, they give an estimate copy which looks like a fake copy with no authenticity and authorized signatory. Having an extremely frustrating experience and I am yet to get the authenticity evaluated for the gold/diamond jewellery I bought from them.

Venu Gopal is a very nice sales person with expertise in all sorts of jewelry. He showed us all the collections that kalasha has. I would visit again in future. Bharat, kavita amd Shambavi has been helpful as well.

Kalasha is my favorite jewelry store. Silver articles are very beautiful art pieces. Manoj and krishna garu helped me find the articles that match my taste :) Also the staff shambavi and Kavitha are very warm and welcoming
