Located near NH8 Agartala Sabroom National Highway. As per my knowledge the park was inaugurated in between 2004/2005. I have lots of memories with this area. It's my native place I used to go there every evening during my childhood days. That time it has no fee, now these days authority used to charges 13 rupees for adult and for picnic spot you have to pay extra rupees for that. Just few days back I went there again to refresh my memory.
I loved this place..so much memories..good place for weakened & family picnic...
Few days ago I go to the Place.Then i realize natural beauty is so good in day but during night not good for couple or single.

A good place for picnic and outing. Almost 106 km from the state capital Agartala. There is a small park too for recreation. Gardens are well maintained.
Third class place need serious improvements.....The Authority should concern about the place. Nothing interesting or amazing.

Kalapania Nature Park, situated 116 km from Agartala was established in 2004 convering 21 hectares of deserted land into natures paradise set amidst charming ambience of natural beauty. A lake with serene blue water in midst of two hillocks adds beauty to the surroundings. The lake has boating facilities. The main attraction of the park is a nature interpretation centre located in the middle of the park. Two accommodation facilities in the form of Mog and Reang "Tanghar" over the lake is must for the night stay for any tourist.
