I have started my shopping for my wedding here. The shop is so close to my house and when I went for my engagement shopping I felt so good that all matched. So I kept on going to buy clothes for myself and my entire family. I have already spent over a lakh in that store. Recently I went to buy clothes for my small brother and they were too rude at showing. And then I came to my section then they said my size is available in the opposite kids section I said I just wanted to see and I already took clothes last time here itself but no then I went to the kids section and came to this section here then a uncle on our face was talking to other aunt working there and saying I told them already to go that side as there size is that side but they still came here aa they won't listen. Then again I went to the kids night dress section and asked is size 16 available. As my size is 16. She has to give yes or no but she replied it won't fit u. I asked here again in a respectful tone then she replied it won't fit you coz of your tummy. Your tummy will be tight. Is this how u reply to your customers. Y do u have to body shame them. U can just say if the size is there or not. This is the second time I have faced this rude management. I never expected this from them, I really felt so bad and I will be never going to this store again. They're gonna definitely loose customers if this kinda behaviour continuous.
