Kalamandir - Kakinada - Clothing store in Kakinada - East Godavari, India

I visited this place to buy a dress. I got some concerns about quality of stitching. I contacted the staff. They connected with Mr.sagar. He is very unpolite and unprofessional. His way of explanation is like" this is the product we sell, either buy or get out fromy store". Because of him I didn't buy any cloths at this store. I don't recommend anyone for the kalamandir kkd.

At the outset I hope that management take a note of this feedback... A half saree purchased at Kalamandir Kakinada was INR 1925 and the stitching charges for blouse was INR 1000/- The staffs were in chorus and claiming that the tailor is from outside and they have no say on their charges. If an half saree brought, why Kalamandir had to refer the tailor whom they have no accountability. As I seen a simple blouse would be stitched at 250, where as they have charged 1000 and made us wait for one and a half day.... I have sent people thrice to collect the material ..which didn't come till 19:30 (9/08/2023)when I see the material it was ready made material and all it requires one stitch for skirt... Made to measure was for jacket... It's a loot, why that tailor been recommended. Employees colluded with the tailor for the benefit. When I was enquiring the staff about this one lady was banging at her head without knowing their shop has mirror, other customers( please check the CCTV- 19:30-19:45) ...she must have felt that i have come to eat away their share.... In the mean time i was asking them to show how the unstitched material look like and i kept the dress at the counter.... One staff asked me to remove that from the counter as I should not keep the stitched cloth in counter ( refer CCTV) it's not a cloth which was used and thrown.... It was from your shop and went to tailor and brought back..... If you are too superstitious, why you are letting trial for people... Stop that also.... On top of that the tailor didn't give invoice/ bill Or receipt...... In one line I understand from this experience at kalamandir, once goods sold is sold and you are not welcomed with complaints/ feedback..... Note: please check the CCTV when the girls bang their head and a saleman refused to keep the stitched cloth on counter.. @ Management if you are really serious enough, please look into....

Good customer service. My self purchased blazer suit for my engagement purpose. Stitching also fitted thanq.

I have visited for sherwani and Blazzers. I liked the service they had given. Good Blazzers and Sherwanis were available here.

Yesterday evening I visited this place but no one takes care to show the dresses. Bad experience.
