Kalaivanar Arangam - Auditorium in Chennai - Chennai, India

Kalaivanar Arangam is located very near to MGR Memorial/Marina beach.This is the first time I am visiting this arangam (hall). I came to know about the FLOWERS SHOW through the newspaper and wanted to visit this Kalaivanar Arangam. It has a wide area for car parking and two parking spaces free of cost. We were stunned when we looked at the crowd waiting to get an entry ticket, but I booked the ticket immediately online for FLOWERS SHOW. This is the first time in Chennai (as per the news) such an event is happening. It was overcrowded, but the AC was functioning very well. Due to the crowd, we couldn't enjoy the momentum fully. Excellent Maintanence and excellent auditorium, The Sound effects, Visual treat and the Vast space everything was just amazing.. Huge parking space and neatly maintained bathrooms and outdoors

Very big auditorium for grand events and meetings for govt and private peoples or Organisations. Good maintenance looks clean more parking place. I like the chairs and the sound system and lights inside. The Auditorium architecture is Super.

This is an State of art auditorium built by Tamilnadu government. Currently the state legislative Assembly sessions happens in this building 3 rd floor. Attended meendum manjappai event. Huge auditorium with more than 1000 seating capacity, spacious lobby space, lift, Escavator and huge car parking space

Excellent stage for all kinds of events, very large parking space, seats are very neat and good. Can easily host an event for over 1000 to 1500 invitees.

Yeah! Outside. Infrastructure is good and built with good plan, hats off to the architects & civil engineers. Well maintained and superb Environment. Can plant many trees around in the empty places instead of making that as a parking lot. Inside Ambience & Lightings are good enough to mesmerize your eyes. 5 stars worthy.
