Great infrastructure , good and neat maintenance.. friendly staffs and doctors.. thanks to Tamilnadu government.. OP entry start morning 7.30am .. Doctors visit Starts From 8.am

My mother was suffering from Umbilical Hernia from past 2 years and we went to K.C.S.S.H for treatment , admitted her and was really happy with the treatment given with good hospitality i would like to thank our Honorable Tamil Nadu CM M.K.Stalin sir who made this K.C.S.S.H hospital with dedication and for poor people who cant afford "A" class treatment ,now they can get treatment without paying any amount for the treatments taken ,we thank the Director of the Hospital who checks the patients who are admitted on daily basis and checking their well being every day ,i thank the Doctor's and Nurse's in SGE , ICU, General wards department who are more dedicated in their daily routines checking up the OP and In patients with dedication and i would like to thank all ground staff like General workers and Security guards for their support given to the In patients as well Out patients THANK YOU K.C.S.S.H.

A new govt Muli Speciality hospital. All departments have not opened yet. Scanning machines are installed now. No canteen facility for the public, just a tiny pantry is there. It costs like a private hospital pantry. It's very hard to find food in and around the hospital. There are no dust bins. For hospitals, it must otherwise in a few days, it will become like a dustbin. The OP waiting area is very small. Overall, 12 to 15 patients can sit. Other waiting areas were good and spacious. Very poor mobile network coverage inside hospitals for all networks. Hospital management should control crowds like hospitals. Otherwise, soon people will spoil themselves. Now people have started to use things like picnic spots. Visitors must be allowed on visiting hours, like pvt hospitals. The staff and doctors are very kind and helpful. Few old senior staff are struggling to adapt, it seems. Otherwise, it is a very good service. Neat and clean as of now. Drinking water is also available in a few spots only. Only a few security guards are there, That too, in front of the premises, because of that, people are spitting and throwing food at the premises. Good initiative construction and facilities are very good management should control unwanted people entry to maintain this. As of now, the first need is a good canteen at an affordable price, not like amma unavagam. And dust bins. There is no direct connectivity with public transport like GH. As of now, we can go on our own transport. 15 mins walking distance from Guindy estate bus terminus. Govt should ply small bus service at least from Guindy bus stand. Till they didn't start to use computers till writing in bit paper like old age. Papers papers lot of papers. Take a A4 size poch Or folder it ll use to manage papers. The government should think and change the management style. No ATM's nearby. Only building is new other than nothing new as usual you should run floor to floor for an admission. We should wait at least 6 months to see an actual hospital.

Neuro, nephrology and cancer treatment like a world class Mayo Clinic. Best hospital and neat behaviour of staff. Glad it is free for all. However those who can afford can donate , so keep a collection box for cheques and cash. It can be used for hospital staff bonus or to buy medical equipments.

1. It will be better if doctors available in OP... Patients waited for around 1 hour for doctor. 2. And then in pharmacy ,just like that they are giving out the medicines without wrapping it into brown cover and without mentioning the dosage (morning/ night) before/ after food. 3 . Infrastructure is really awesome and clean...It will be beneficial to everyone if necessary action taken for above 2 consents.

OP Timing - 8 AM to 12 AM Hygenic place. Look like private hospital. But they maintain same this. People's also maintain place clean. Friendly staffs. Lift also available. Canteen available

New hospital, cleanly maintained by workers, very less crowd, free treatment, but waiting time to get tested by doctors and waiting time to get test results are taking too much time, so if you want to go to this hospital, it's better to take leave from your company
