The kaladi kulcha was great and the chutneys we yum one of the mast kaladi kulcha I ate but the shop is in very crowded area so there will be parking issue and there is no space to sit you can only stand outside so overall it's quite decent.
Really good for a medium light evening snack. Opens at 6:30 PM and stays till 10:00 PM. Has a lot of crowd waiting for hot served kulchas, so you need to be patient.
Kalari is a local cheese processed by the nomad people of Udhampur during earlier times Now having it with the kulacha at this centre is worth trying in Jammu
