Very good services Reasonable Friendly behavior last 10yr years very happy to suggest this hospital

Very bad service. Drs visit not at all gud. Highly bill. Itz not fair at all. Very very bad service. Iam not happy vth this hsptl. Even they don't touch patient. But Dr charges 800 er 1/2 min

All time trusted doctor. Dr.murthy garu is my favourite doctor and very happy person. Whatever the problems we have he is clear in very fast treatment at a very reasonable price. My entire family trusts him.

Not at all good utterly a bad service. Any patient comes to hospital has a right to know their health issues and its the duty of hospital staff to explain the patient and the attendees of patients about the patient health condition and medication. The consultant, duty doctors, medical staff here are habitual of unattending the patients, its the attendees who should rush behind them and ask for medication as if we are begging them for treatment. Despite charging hefty hospital expenses the staff here are not at all concerned about the medical service they are providing rather more interested in collection of hospital expenses from patients. Only one consultant attending the duties which he roams up and down of the hospital and even the duty doctors are so allergic to touch the patients. A big thanks for your pathetic service, in my personal opinion i won't recommend this hospital and I'm sorry.

15years of ups batteries and stabilizers reantel and amc

Staff irresponsible...and medicine wil be different from given my doctor. Doctor also come and go but didn't tel us how much improvement there or not. The room they provide wil be smal but they charge lot for it.nurse are not wel trained.

Previously hospital was good but now a days doctors know how to do business with patients without any reason they simply put the patients in ICU. I had saw many patients in Kala hospital and doctors wrote Diagnosis everyday with the cost of 18000 to 20000 rupees medicines. and For ICU they will charge more money but even single Selaion bottle or needle doesn't used. If the patients have Arogya sree card than that is better otherwise simply they will eat the money from patients. For Silly reasons also they keep patients in ICU for week or two weeks. This is not good for doctors. Patients treat's doctor as gods but not happening the thing earth.

There is no coordination between the staff, we admitted our Grandma in arogyasri for paralasys there is no proper treatment and did not have any special medicine beyond our request and after shifting to the room for private treatment then they started some treatment which summed up to huge bill nearly 1.2lakh in 10days
