Maintained good, quality of work by cleaning people need to be increased. Lot of cleaning worker are working, but quality need to improved. Along with local language, sign boards in English language are required. Overall satisfied but scope to improve

If you want to charge for urinal from passengers then please remove sticker( urinal free) at toilet. They are charged 5 rupee for urinal. I showed sticker and asked that person he suggested me to go outside for free urinal, is this the proper maintenance?? I suggested you only that IF YOU WANT TO CHARGE FOR USING OF WASHROOMS FOR ANY PURPOSE PLEASE REMOVE STICKER.

I'll always use bus to travel mostly According to me kkd bustation is too clean and they are managing everything in an order . I love the way they are managing crowd . No of buses are available to all cities and states local buses are not that much bad

This complex is often used by the people of this city, such a crowded place . You'll find seperate counters for ticket booking of rajahmundry and visakhapatnam buses , great idea implemented , as they are the most visited places from kakinada. To use washroom they charged rs 10/- but still the maintenance is terrible.
