It was a nice experience there. Good food, service was little slow. And the staff refused to take payment via Paytm deals. The reason was that the payment doesn't gets displayed in their system. We reasoned with him that why would you upload the offer if it's payment gateway is not available (maybe bcz we we're getting a good discount there) we could make the payment via Paytm deals only when we asked for the manager to resolve the issue.

As I eagerly anticipated the array of Naan breads, the anticipation quickly turned to dismay when the waiter, perhaps in haste, carelessly deposited all three Naans at once on the table. The absence of finesse in this aspect detracted from the overall dining experience, leaving me yearning for the more refined service encountered at its Chandni Chowk counterpart. In the final analysis, Kake Di Hatti Lucknow, with its commendable menu and inviting ambiance, struggles to ascend to the lofty standards set by the remarkable culinary haven in Chandni Chowk. It's a place where you can't really decide weather to completely fall in love or absolutely hate it. The food here is either super delicious or simply meh. I ordered Tawa Paneer Masala which was so amazing that can't tell you but Dal Makhni was so so bad that I am short of words how bad was it. Butter Naam was epic but Laccha Paratha was over cooked and it was like chips. So either you hate it completely or love it. I loved the ambience of the place, staff here is very well behaved but service takes a lot of time. One major issue is their AC I don't know it's so low that many guests including my family had to ask them weather it was working or not. But rest all it's a decent dining place and a very good place for pictures, Instagram stories as well as Reels.

Overall food is good, depends upon what you're ordering. Its better to ask staff for suggestions. Staff is polite and courteous.

Nice dining place to have a family dinner or quiet party. They even do birthday decoration on request and obviously will charge separately for the same. Location of the place is nice and as it is in a mall so no need to worry about the parking. Now coming to the food, quality of the food is fine I won't say it is great but it is just fine, but the quantity of the food is not that great. For any of the dish you don't need to think that it can be more because the portion of the curry, starters or even the dessert will be very less which is the only think to give this one star less. Drinks were very nice, any of the drink in the mock tails you can select and it won't disappoint you. Service wise they also do there job just fine. So all in all worth visit place for family dinner or lunch.

The food tasted fresh and very authentic but the quality was a bit less If you like it spicier, you have to mention it. We had ordered dal makhani shot but the problem with it was there was no small spoon to have the daal which was there at the bottom of shots glass next we ordered paneer tikka which was good . Next was stuffed garlic naan, rice and panner gravy and it was good . All was super fresh and tasty. I must mention the kulchas were really good, soft yet crispy unlike many others that are just like rubber. But the service was quite slow other than that nice place to visit with family .
