Doctor Vijay Kakatkar is extremely kind, knowledgeable and experienced. He is extremely professional, gives prompt and accurate diagnosis.

The head doctor's son is literally incapable of making decisions. He sees the reports, makes the patient wait for hours and then says to visit his father. The washroom for patients family members is very unclean. The head doctor is really greedy. He won't even glance at the reports from other hospitals just because his commission is lost. Kudos to the hospital for being unorganized and messy.

To meet Dr Kakatkar (Senior) is all time worth and treatment is also best at its level...but the management is totally senseless and having lengthy procedures all the days....Staff keep patients on waiting for 7-8 hours in OPD....to keep serious patients on waiting for long time is hectic. This is really worst behavior of ground staff and that may harmful to image of Kakatkar Hospital....

If you give 100 out of 100 points to the doctor, the staff and overall operations of the hospital deserves -100 (minus 100). We can't judge a doctor as we don't know technicalities. But he seems very good at what he is supposed to do. But the staff is very shabby. Absolutely no training. No manners. More bureaucratic than govt offices. try requesting Dr. Kakatkar to operate you in Sahyadri hospital (he does it there) or any other hospital if possible. Get yourself admitted to this hospital if the world is about to end and this is the last option you got! Update after 2 years- Doctor fixed wrist bone fractures with K-wires. Ideally, as per new gen doctors I spoke with, it should have been fixed with steel plates. But as Dr Kakatkar has immense experience and expertise did amazing treatment. There is absolutely no pain. Generally in such fractures (it was major one), pain remains throughout rest of the life. Thanks a ton Doc!!

Regular patient since 5 years but the treatment that we are getting is below worst. Wanted to just confirm timing of registered OPD number which was given 3 months ago all the way to come from Shirdi. But not getting any response on phone call they not even willing to tell what is timing of OPD? -5 star

Very bad time management by hospital specially for visiting the senior doctor. People come from out of nashik and they need to revisit for OPD very worst management hope the doctor will work on it or some day ...........

Need to train Reception staff properly No good communication on call for appointments

Worst Experience, Before going to OPD they suggest blood test and x ray of 7 k to 8 k without consulting docter. They don't give value to previous x-rays and blood test done at other laboratory.
