KAKAKU The Guest House - Hotel in Adilabad - Adilabad, India

A little tucked in, the guest house is still conveniently located. Parking poses to be a challenge in the narrow lane but the host staff helped us manage our cars in the lane. The rooms are small but good air conditioning and decent beds. The bathrooms are tiny and some bits need upgrade, but definitely liveable. The food was average and nothing much to talk about. However, for a small town like this, it was a safe, clean option offering comfortable stay.

We checked in a month back. Pros - The decorations and arrangements in the hotel give a positive vibe and relaxed atmosphere. Staff are good. Near the prime location in Adilabad. Cons - Rooms are too small and congested. Prices are too high. We paid around 3700 per night for a 2-sharing rooms. This is what you pay for a 2-sharing rooms in 3 star hotel in India. There is no parking. You have to park on the road with your own risk.

The road in front is very narrow and has a cheap Liquor store (crowded) adjacent to the stay and it is highly unsafe and specially not recommended for families. Pathetic experience. We thought of booking a decent stay with family without bothering for the expense (cost). Rooms are small with too much plastic stuff (unnecessary) and very less useful space inside and outside the rooms. It is a very congested place and feels claustrophobic. Parking is not available. For the cost there's hardly any amenities, Not a working TV (without recharge if available), a decent closet, water kettle. The bedsheets were not soft and clean, blanket were smelly. Food is expensive and below average in taste. There was Hiccups in the room allotment process. The caretaker (obviously with owners involvement) tried to cheat us for a double Deluxe room instead of booking triple deluxe room (with prior full payment). After a long confrontation they gave us the room booked. The worst is that they did not had the courtesy to accept their mistake. They took 2 bookings for the same room that day and the other family had to suffer. The staff is not courteous and professional. Overall an underwhelming experience and highly unrecommended. Please do not waste your hard earned money, there are decent places in Adilabad at cheaper cost.

Was travelling from Bangalore to Lucknow via road with plan to halt in Nagpur..But as it got late so thought of staying in Adilabad and booked this guest house on the go just by seeing good rating(not going into much detail or photos). To my surprise I didnt expect the guest to be so nice with all modern amenities and that too well maintained. Would recommend to stay here.

A disappointing place to stay. A few hiccups in the room allotted process with the owner and also with the caretaker. The staff is unprofessional in general. The stay is located near a liquor shop and a lot of drunkards roam around. The car parking is outside the premises. Also at this price point I would have expected a good covered/reserved parking, A working TV with distv recharged, closet in the room and definitely a better service. The overall experience is extremely pathetic. Highly unrecommended.

*Check-in was a hassle since there was a lot of confusion about room allotment, and after a 14 hour drive, arguing and reasoning for a room that was booked and paid for in advance is the last thing someone wants to indulge in. *Rooms were a bit pricey, but since this was the only decent option in the area, there wasn't much of a choice. *Would have preferred a covered parking rather than the road. *A kettle and a TV with paid dish subscription in the room would have been nice. *Food was too expensive, so chose not to have it.

We went for a business trip to Adilabad. Naturally coming from a usual metropolitan city we were told that there are no proper places to stay in Adilabad. It was to our huge surprise that we found this extraordinary guest house in the small town of Adilabad with all modern amenities inside the room. The rooms were extremely clean and had the comfort of all modern living. The interiors of the common lounge, pantry, passages all are aesthetically designed. Also, not to miss the food here truly cooked fresh from scratch and in home style. In one word, it's superb in all respects!

We had a comfortable stay at Kakkaku guest house, everything was just perfect, the way they have provided in this unique property. This is hidden gem in Adilabad, must try. The food was very delicious specially must ey telangana chicken curry.
