Kaizun Bed & Breakfast - Bed & breakfast in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

The ambience is 10/10 and location is not too loud. We stayed in SuperDelux room which was clean and beautifully decorated. Washrooms were clean as well but the sheets were used, smelled funky and had hairs or previous guests. The blanket was darkened which was definitely used and not fresh.

The property is located in the heart of the town. Main market is at walking distance (15-20 min comfortable walk). The rooms were neat n clean. Bedsheet and pillows were fresh n clean. Toiletries and fresh towels were provided. Breakfast was usually served around 8 o'clock in the morning, and tasted good. Only one minor issue: you might find an insect/cockroach in the room or bathroom. But that is due to the moisture in the environment, thus acceptable. Overall, it was a good experience. Enjoyed our stay.

Suffocating Deluxe Room in the Ground Floor. Adjacent to the dinning area. Too small for the pricing. The noise from motor and the neighbouring rooms were loud. Don't recommend this place. Breakfast was Good.

This was an absolutely stunning place. We were booked here for 2 nights but unfortunately due to our train delay we ended up staying here for only one night. The location is a bit far from the city centre but the view is also stunning from the balcony. This place is run by a small family and the service is also absolutely stunning and quick. Very nice and friendly staff! All the needs were taken care of very nicely for a night. The rooms were very cozy and spacious.

very neat and clean rooms. staffs were cooperative. located in the town and 1 km from police bazar. so easy to roam around town.

The location is bit odd and a little hard to find as it's an alley parallel to a larger road. Dinner was not served here when I visited the place and the restaurants nearby were not great. But the rooms are really nice and cosy.

Very good place to stay. I love it because their food quality n services were fantastic. Also room was cleaned n so much cosy. Behaviour of every staff was so good. Also I want to mention it that all the person I met in Shillong were so humble n decent.

Decent room size, not too big but very clean. Provide WiFi. Staff is helpful but no one was available on reception early morning when I needed something but finally was able to find someone in the kitchen. Landline in room didn't work for me but not a big issue. Breakfast was ok and was ready by 7:30 (before official time of 8). Overall good for a night or two.
