I am associated with Kaizen Honda,Latur since July 2018 when I purchased my WRV. Since then,whenever I visit/call any of the staff either managerial or service and insurance related, I have been guided and supported by them irrespective of the time when I called them. Even at odd times also I disturbed them and get satisfactory response in case of emergency. Kaizen Honda Latur is the role model of its kind for customer delight. Thank you Kaizen Honda and my lovely WRV.
Very bad experience with service. I went to KAIZEN Honda cars showroom in Latur to gearbox repair work. The problem in my 2016 Honda city IV-Tech V was after engaging first gear, gear is not coming back to neutral. Before gear box repair only 1st gear is getting stuck and not coming back to neutral. After repair 4&5th gear automatically coming back to neutral after engaging and while driving car. Repair work is not upto the mark, careless work has been done.
Not good for servicing your vehicle. I recently took my Honda Wr-V to this service station and was not starting at the service center itself due to low battery & I have been told that battery check up is done. I needed to jump start the battery. Also they won't repair your music system as it's a third party vendor.

This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly and helpful.. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wifi.. Food is the best. The hostel is closed off everyday between 11pm and 5a
