I must say this is the best place to do yoga. I contacted Ms. Himali for my wife 's thyroid problem. She joined Kaivalya yoga and get result in just 1 month. Decreased medicine of 200 mg to 50 mg. Ms. Himali ma'am is very talented trainer and nature is so good. Always smiling face and always help each member to give them best result.
