I travelled a considerable distance to dine at this hotel and the experience left me thoroughly disappointed. I had called an hour before my arrival for general inquiries and upon reaching, the guard refused to let me park despite several empty spots being available. As I engaged with the receptionist to resolve the matter and allow my vehicle in, they assured me that they could accommodate me for dinner. To my dismay, this assurance proved to be completely unreliable. Upon arrival, they shockingly denied me service, citing their involvement in a marriage function. What astounded me even more was the fact that they were actively serving two other tables, making their excuse seem inconsistent and questionable. The inconsistency between their earlier confirmation and their actions on-site was not only baffling but also deeply frustrating. At no point during our initial phone conversation did they mention any limitations or potential difficulties due to an ongoing event. The fact that they were already serving others while turning me away is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and customer service has left a lasting negative impression, and I would caution potential guests to think twice before considering this hotel for their dining needs. A one-star rating is given with extreme disappointment in the service provided. In offering this feedback, I genuinely hope that the staff learns from this experience. Transparency and consistency in communication, especially when it comes to customer service, are vital. Future guests should be spared the inconvenience I faced, and I hope the staff will take constructive criticism to heart for the improvement of their services.

It's an excellent property to visit and spend leisure time with family. One of the finest 5 star rated property in north india beats all big brand names present in market today .... Good food good staff excellent ambience .... Everything is just so perfect .... Highly impressed and highly recommended

We was looking for a hotel to stay. Passing through the road and randomly had a look at hotel. Luxurious rooms with natural view. Excellent service by staff, good and hygienic food. Quite and peaceful environment to relax along with beautiful terrace on back with views. Fully satisfied

We had a great experience during our stay. Veena Thakur was really polite and was able to cater to our requests for breakfast. She made our day with her professional attitude and a smile on the face.

We stayed for 2 nights for a family function . The resort is awesome , rooms are spic clean, food is excellent and service is great. The owner was present to lookover the guests & every request was taken care of. The staff as the front desk Ms meenakshi & Mr Parminder were very cordial . Will Def visit again.
