The spa is really nice. Very neat and clean plus staffs are very kind and polite. We went for a couple's massage. We chose aromatherapy massage as we both enjoy mild scented candles. It was just as expected. Aromatic oil was also used for massage. It was a very relaxing experience. And after massage, we were offered sauna for few minutes. The sleep we got that night was immaculate. Almost skipped breakfast next day. Will definitely recommend. Only drawback will be the pricing as I felt the massage was mild so could have been for lesser price. No pressure point massaging was involved. It was basic with scents. Other than the pricing, all good and definitely recommend. 10/10 professional.

I was so tired after competing at the national games here in Goa... after the relaxation my body felt so good and light... especially the steam and shower post spa ... and hygiene level was maintained well.
Kaishu spa was close to our hotel and that's why we went there for the first time but their service and massage made us go there regularly for the next three days of our trip. Their massage therapists were really good and so was the front office staff. They gave us really good offers and complimentary services. Definitely recommended them!!!!
We have paid for 90mnts massage, but we got only 75 mnts. Power went off in middle and was not up at all. We also didn't got the steam bath which comes with the package bcs of power cut. One of the worst spa I have been. Not recommended at all. Edit: This is for the business reply. You can't count on camera.We did check the timing, it was not 90 minutes its only 75 mnts. Since the power went off, we waited for almost 30 mnts in the room without a fan or ac. It's pathetic you don't have a power backup in a centre which charges 5k for a basic couple massage. It's even more pathetic to ask a customer to come back after a few hours only to steam bath.
