I had my car serviced at Kairali Toyota. Manish and his staff were all very cooperative..they gave me the car on time..the thing to mention is that Arjun, the service advisor, called me every time the work of my car was going on and informed me about the things..even though I had cars from other dealers before, such a good attitude and good behavior towards me. Brand new service center (I was told they opened just 3 days ago) for all Toyota vehicles. I stopped by to top up the AdBlue in my vehicle. They had to fetch the item from another location but despite the initial delay, service was prompt and professional. The vehicle was pretty dirty after an inter-state travel so they sent it for a quick wash as well. They have an air conditioned waiting area with a huge glass window that looks into the workshop so you can see what goes on with your vehicle. I was offered a cool beverage while I waited, which I highly appreciated as it was a warm day. Despite catching me off guard about no card and UPI payments, the staff agreed to accept payment to their account while they paid cash at the billing counter. Once again, I really appreciate the gesture and the ease of doing business with them. The facility is right by the roadside so you cannot miss it. Highly recommended if you are looking for a Toyota service center in the area.

It was a welcome change at Kairali Toyota, Mannanthala for me as compared to my previous experiences at other service centres. Service Adviser Maneesh took great personal interest and time to explain all activities involved in the 1.4lakh km service of my Innnova alongwith the timelines. Also, he was able to quickly provide updates on other repair activities needed on a priority basis and associated costs that helped me make a quick decision. The Service Manager took time to explain the service setup and also gave me a personal tour of the facility. I am extremely happy with the service provided and a great thanks to all involved including the technicians. All the best!!!
