The hotel at this amount is very Nice. Rooms are clean and Neat. After check out they helped us with luggage storage and refreshing. Even though we don't know the language , hotel staffs are friendly enough to communicate. The hotel location is a Plus. Both Guruvayur Temple and Mamiyoor Sivan temple are at walkable Distance.For Food, Veg and Non veg hotels are just opposite and nearby only.And bus stand also at a walkable Distance only.

Rooms are good and decent price. Service and response towards clients could have been much better. Though we confirmed that we would need rooms for 2 days during check-in they informed us rooms are available only for 1 day and we had to start looking for alternatives for 2nd day. They could have added fresher in bathroom, every time we open the bathroom to use there is a foul smell, this could be because they had a huge outlet for the water to flush out. I have not got chance to manager though we asked the staff his availability and they kept avoiding.

We had taken 2 AC rooms at Kairali Lodge on 29th September to perform choroonu for my daughter's son at Guruvayur temple.The staff at the lodge are very polite and co-operative.We had the love and support of the staff, who warmed the milk for the baby, boiled water in the flask, called the vehicle for the trip, and felt like family. The rooms in the lodge are neat and tidy.. the rooms are of sufficient size.. the bathroom is clean.. hot water is available..Room rent is not high.Our rooms were on the 3rd floor. There was no difficulty for the elderly as there was a lift facility. It is only 150 meters from here to go to Guruvayur temple and It is only 130 meters from here to go to Mammiyur temple. Both these temples are within walking distance.There is enough facility to park the vehicle. If anyone comes to Guruvayur temple and needs accommodation, the name of Kairali Lodge is suggested...

These guys took our patience to extreme. We booked our rooms one day prior and by the time we reached. The receptionist and the owner literally kicked us out as well couple of other guests from the hotel. They said "get out of our hotel we don't have rooms for you guys" but we did saw our names in the list. Pathetic owner, I don't even know how these hotels got the ratings. Please never book rooms here, they gonna kick you out as well

The location is ideal, since it is very close to temple and bus stand. The room is clean and comfortable, rent is reasonable. Adequate parking space is available.

One of the worst customer service from the staffs.. Especially the aged person who sits in the reception and treats the customer like they are providing free accomodation.. We went with 5 months old baby who really in need of hot water for bathing. But water heater was not working and when we approached for hot water their response is pathetic.. Though we booked rooms three weeks before the stay and told them clearly about the timings of stay. They have also promised there will not be any issues. But they have created confusion in allocating the rooms and they showed their worst attitude. Atlast paid the full payment as we don't want to create an issue as we came for a devotional trip..

Good centrally located. Very close to Mammiyoor temple, Ksrtc, Busstand, Guruvayoor Temple and Railway Station. Good courteous staff, neatly maintained and worth for the budget and Pilgrimage trip. Safe to stay with family
