Kairali Heritage River Side Resort - Resort hotel in Kattampally - default, India

Bad service I would say. AC was not working in our room it was automatically switching off and they took 30mins to change our room at night. Paid food was nice but complimentary breakfast was bad. They told they have only poori baaji, plain dosa and bread- jam and toast. View to the backwaters is false. They just had small pond at the back of the resort which was not maintained properly. They have given importance to the wedding hall in the resort as it is near to the city. 4.5k for room is not worth it I would say. Better search for other resorts.

The location is quite good for a stay of one or two days. Rooms are spacious and clean. Swimming pool area is neat. Management may put some more efforts to maintain the garden lawn area. Lighting on pathways requires improvement. They may think of assigning a person exclusively for taking care of visitors coming in group.

Just explored a riverside gem in Kannur! Kairali The resort vibes were on point - lush gardens, cozy rooms, but the pool needs a boost. A bit off the grid, but not bad. However, the receptionist? Meh. Not the friendliest. Overall, solid stay with a few quirks.

The hotel claims to have everything but actually has nothing. None of the mentioned amenities are operational.. The clubhouse looks like a ghost bungalow..Severe lack of maintenance. Room has a musty smell 24/7. Basic toiletries are unavailable. The place is infested with mosquitoes. Food from restaurants must be ordered atleast one and half an hour in advance as said by the staff member.. Overall a bad experience..Only good thing is clean bed and washroom. Book this only if nothing is available.

It's a riverside resort. Have an executive bar. Rooms including cottages are available. Can arrange buffet in the party hall during any celebration. Mugha,l continental and Indian food are available. There is a neat and big swimming pool. House boat facility also available.

We organized a delightful get-together at Kairali Heritage on August 15. The venue proved to be an ideal choice for such an event, offering a wonderful ambiance. The staff's cooperation was commendable, and the food was absolutely delicious. A thoroughly satisfying experience overall.

Kairali Heritage is a dream location for a peaceful romantic Holiday.The staff and service is excellent...the staff is helpful and courteous.Special mention of Ajit the manager who was very helpful and the others Julie and Dileep were very good. ..the food was delicious in all a wonderful stay

I have no words to describe of how much hospitality I and my team received from Kairali staff. I approached Kairali Heritage Resort to book a function related with our company and I must say that their approach towards us was really overwhelming. Especially I would like to mention about Mr.Dileep, The Manager, whose coordination in helping us to organise the function is highly appreciated. He was always there to serve us in the best possible manner. He made sure that the guest are treated well , and there is no shortage of ammenities. We were almost a 90 member team gathered for a family get together and we felt like home just because of the sincere hospitality of Kairali and its staff. Even we were entertained by Ms.Juli who joined us and showed her skills infront of our little kids. The manager himself is a great Drummer and he was so kind to entertain us with his appealing talent. On top to mention the cuisine, WoW is the only word. I recommend all to please pay a visit at Kairali Heritage atleast once you are in Kannur and you will love its ambience, great resort experience and Above All The Hospitality of its Staff Lead by Mr.Dileep whom I really got impressed with. Thank you Kairali for making our day a memorable one. I have plenty to say but I think my emotions in the above listing says it all. Lots of love to Kairali and its staff.
