Good customer service and behavior especially one Mr sujith

Had a general service of my aspire, only 3 vehicles can be serviced at a time in the service bay. So, waiting time will be more even if leave the vehicle early 9am. But the service is prompt and they will make sure issues are resolved during service. So as per my opinion the service quality is awesome.

Great Customer handling and very less turn around time. Service advisor Mr.Arun Took good care of my car, even pointed out few problems which i missed out. Very much satisfied with the customer service.

Sorry to tell you that the experience was very very bad. Regret for my decision of buying this car just because of very bad service. Endeavor is a fantastic car and I love the vehicle. Ford is not at serious about this car ant that's why it is not selling. I am thrilled to see sujith bakthan videos on Endeavor. My request to you people is that please don't kill this beauty. Its not too late, awake guys.

Average service quality, dealings are ok. Location is very wrong, i wonder why this big brand team dont try to correct their wrong business location in map... very bad

Worst service center doesnt do any service properly but charges the amount without any shame....and also last time i gave them my car for service i had raised an issue about my car and asked them to look into it .....and after the service the issue was still there and the reason they said that was it will go away gradually and so far it has not gone away but the issue has worsened...and i have contacted them twice after this issue persisted but they never took the liberty of responding....the issue was related to the steering and i am sure they have not even looked at it at the time of service.
