Sales staff are highly enthusiatic in selling but then service could let you down. Especially yesterday i have done my second service they couldn't make the car on time and i have wait there almost 1.5 hrs( not even car washed properly ) . So plz keep in mind if they tell you 5 o clock go there by 6 o clock. They are not consistent. If its your lucky day you will get good service. They call for feedback, i gv my comments and then thats it! I dont even understand the need for a feedback call. I'm disappointed

Not very promt executive, we had to wait more than an hour to get a test drive even when no other person was present for the same , main features was not displaying but indicating low fuel , touch screen of vehicle was not working saying having some technical snag. I was really interested in buying this vehicle for me and my brother ,(two units ) but the attitude of the staff was not much enthusiastic as they could not give a final price despite of repeated asking, due which I am changing my mind and will go to MCP or any other dealer in Ernakulam.Thank u
Very nice behavior from the staffs & they provided me good support as well. Definitely a better place than all the other showrooms that i have visited in thrissur. Recommend every one to atleast visit befire making any purchase decision.

Never ever service your car here, the worst experience ever felt. They even broken my car's bonnet stand. And interior covers were not fixed properly. Worst of the worst. They claimed that they Serviced, who knows what. It's pure cheating.
Good Service , Polite Staff and timely completion of work only draw back is average wash service of vehicle apart from that everything is good
