My brother recently bought his ford ecosport from this place. From sales to delivery and after services the representatives are really good at there job. If you're looking to get a Ford car with good services I would definitely recommend this place.

Never ever buy used Ford cars from KAIRALI FORD KOTTAYAM. I brought a car and I faced many issues with the Sales. They are just keep the cars very clean and fooling the customers. Related to engine, gear, and other internal parts, they are not checking or, NOT keeping it in a perfect condition. Instead, you can buy Ford vehicles from the road side local showrooms. You can buy the vehicles from them, but make sure that you will bring a service person from outside and check it well. DON'T believe them as what they say. Basically, no difference if you buy the vehicle from the Kairali Kottayam showroom or buy from any local show rooms or a person.

I went for Test drive today at Kairali Ford and had a very positive time. Both Ecosport and Freestyle were available for test drive. Joseph from sales was cordial and explained all the details thoroughly along with arranging test drives. He was not pushy at all which I liked the most. Receptionist lady welcomed us and was very professional. Overall a very nice experience.

I got personal attention to the issues reported related to our vehicle and completed those issues perfectly to our satisfaction. Good dealings of the assigned service engineers. This place was horrible, don't know about the sales department, but the service section was worse. I have given my vehicle just for a wiper blade change and general check up and they took 9 hours for that even though i given my vehicle at 9 in the morning. The service advisor was busy on the phone at the time of taking my vehicle as well as delivery of the vehicle. He didn't care to explain the work done on my vehicle. And there was finger print marks inside the vehicle(remember, its corona time). Worse service ever from this showroom. I thought kairali ford have some reputation, but this was never expected.

Was trying to call and to book for a service. Unfortunately no one picked up after trying several times for an hour. Disappointed Update - was able to connect with the team on a different number and got done with my service. Also thanks team ford for following up based on my review.
