First of all, the review is about Kairali ford who have showroom n service here. Just took my vehicle there for power window switch issue. They told no slot for a week. Told me they will call me next week to come. It's been more than a month, never called. Same issue JSP ford in Bangalore fixed within 10 mins. Useless service centre who doesn't know how to handle things. Will report this to ford. I had a good buying experience from here. But service ruined it

Very good overall experience with Aly ford. They gave the best of offers compared other dealers and were true to their commitments. I have never even visited the showroom. They managed everything on call/online and delivered the vehicle home. They even surprised me with additional accessories. If you are looking for a Ford car, I recommend this dealer.

Showroom not full fledged yet, it seems. Staff behaviour needs to be improved much. Their behaviour is too unprofessional and rude. When we asked for a test drive, the executive denied it in a rude manner, it seems they hadn't one. Had a very unsatisfactory experience.

This showroom is a total fraud , these guys scratched my car when I gave my car for check up and denied happening it from there hand . These kind of service stations are total disasters for customers and should be stopped looting customers like this. Now regarding the service, I never had such a bad experience in any of the Ford service centres . I went there to change the rim of back tyre of ma car they told me I have to pay rs4000 , same stuff I got from a normal car device station for less than rs1000. This totally unacceptable , I even doubted that they are gonna put some gold in it or what. These kind of people are total disasters for such reputed companies.

I'm using new ford figo. For 3 years. I'm so satisfied with the vehicle as well as with Aly Ford showroom. Their customer relationship ia very good in my experience. I didn't happen any issues yet. All time I have gotten my serviced car without any delay

This is not Aly ford now, they stopped and Kairali ford, the leading ford dealers in Kerala took this and resumed functioning under their name Kairali Ford. Servoce is ok

Its kairali ford now.. Kairali ford extended its service for next 5 years.. Service is good.. Spare parts are not in stock it is shipped from Chennai

A horrible experience. They took more than 3 weaks for servicing a small portion of body part. Each time they were making us fools. Moreover they were submitted for claims which services were not actually performed like towing charge. When I have enquired about it they replied like that way they are claiming their overage service charges. Shame on such a corporate company
