Kairali ford as always is doing well in their service but not as good as it was before ford exit. I recommend them to be more careful in vehicle examination and customer satisfaction because we are not thinking much about the ford exit believing in this trustworthy organization. Don't let down!

Fixing an ordered part took me no time.

I am definitely not going to recommend this place to anybody that I know who uses a ford vehicle. The utter lack of proper judgement from the service centre can ruin your perfectly alright car into something which can put a huge dent in your bank account. I Used to be a very happy customer who recommended Kairali Ford to every other friend/acquaintance of mine who used a ford. But for the past few years the service that they offer has been absolutely bad and there has been no other service centre which has disappointed me in such a manner. My ecosport used to be a a perfectly running car, a car which I haven't serviced anywhere else other than this particular service Center, started showing huge issues lately and the reason behind it is the ignorance and lack of professionalism that has come from kairali service centres' side. Once they closed the sales part the service centre has become an utter flop. The customers are the ones who are suffering now.

If you know what you're doing, then it's a nice facility to get your ride serviced. Customer service is good. Try calling them beforehand to keep everything to your time schedule. Don't place anything in the dashboard since after service you might not recover it.! Ford is doing great after the ceasing of production. Good going.
