Pretty good experience from Kairali Ford, Muvattupuzha for the service of my EcoSport. The service was good, the service manager did well noting my concerns and ensuring proper actions are taken. The charges were a bit higher than I expected, but not too much. The lounge area was small, but not too bad. I felt a bit hot in there, as there was no AC probably due to covid precautions. But there should have been a fan at least. No big issue though. Service was done quicker than I expected which saved me good amount of time. In short, I am happy with Kairali Ford, Muvattupuzha. Now with Ford stopping sales in India, it's such a relief to have good service centers for any Ford Owners. I can say these guys are one of the good ones.

Fantastic-Bomblastic experience!!! For anyone looking for a real family like experience(as ford claims in their advts) , you should specifically ask for Mr. MARTIN SUNNY (one of their sales-executives). No words to describe the way he convinces and clears all our doubts away. For eg, in my case, before we begun this journey for our next car, my parents-(especially my father who was a hard core fan of maruti cars just like majority of the old indian generation) were like almost fixed with maruti dzire vxi. However, due to my old experience with maruti's light weighted cars, i was a bit curious to look for something a bit more heavy and my mind was locked on to tata tigor. But recently i have been getting a lot of recommendations for the new ford aspire 2018 with dragon series petrol engine from a lot of my relatives and friends(who were luckily also being satisfied ford owners too) So i decided to pay these guys a visit with my parents to have a test ride(not test drive as I'm coming from a celerio automatic, so wasn't confident to take one) to experience the ride quality. Mr Martin took us for a ride and explained us all the nifty hefty features of the ford aspire over dzire vxi. He even demonstrated the quality of the suspension by driving through some potholes and so... To my surprise, my parents got completely satisfied and even started to have a conversation about placing a booking and so. After seeing such level of happiness with my parents, me and my brother decided to go with this one. Hence made the purchase. IF ANYONE OUT THERE THINKING ABOUT HAVING A NEW FORD VEHICLE...... , CLOSE YOUR EYES AND GO TO THIS SHOWROOM, PLEASE ASK FOR MR. MARTIN AND I'M PRETTY CONFIDENT THAT YOU WON'T GET TO REGRET!!!

Good customer service and dealings.

Very average service experience. Service centre in Palarivattom is good. Lost a flap under the bonnet after service. But it realised very later.

Had some issues but the customer care were right on top of things and sorted things out. Quite what one would expect out of them...I have raised one more concern which am waiting for a response and hope they will clear it ad the did the earlier
