Most reviews are fake. Their social media person ask for the patients/attendents mobiles and put the reviews on google. Canteen staff is very poor . They don't have basic etiquettes. Hospital needs to strictly review their canteen service.
Kainos is Excellent hospital in Rohtak nearby area The services that I receive from Kainos Hospital is excellent. Dr. and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends
Only money making is the only aim of the hospital...they don't know the exact deasese of the patient. They admitted patients only making huge amount of bills not for their treatment. Disease which can easily resolved...they took the patient in ICU for making money. If you need good treatment then don't visit this hospital...I never suggest this hospital to anyone in my life...worst experience, worst doctors, worst facilities.
In general the hospital is fine. What is hated is the behaviour of guards outside ICU (e.g. Sandeep) extremely bad and unprofessional and Ilitrate . They think they are bigger than the owner of this hospital . Even some people bitten them in night because of their bad behaviour Another point is that they beg for evaluations in front of the ICU. For example, my previous review was given in such a way that one person literally asked for a good review. I am very disappointed with the behavior of the security Guard. This must be significantly improved
Worst hospital...... Doctors, staff, hospitality everything was worst even they made fake bill and corrected it after letting us wait for 3 hours.......Doctors was not giving satisfactory answer even didn't recommended diet plan.
Very trained staff, experienced Doctor. Panel hospital of Indian Army. Location is easy to find and can be clearly seen from main road. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained in whole hospital. Nurse explain everything in details. No need of Attendant there and there were no facility for attendant, only one chair is keept near patient. The quality of food provided by Canteen was nice.
Nursing Staff is very cooperative as well as supportive while handling patients during emergency situations. Security guards are also cooperative.
A wonderful hospital with nearly all specialities ,built outside the city chaos amid agricultural farms..Very learned doctors and nurses..staff needs to be a little humble..
