Overall experience is good here. The doctors are very good and other staff is also cooperative. Dr Dharmender (medicine & psychiatric) is best in the city. After all the charges are also reasonable. Thanks team for being such a great support.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT KAINOS OPD BY DR HARPREET AND UTTER MISBEHAVE BY FRONT DESK STAFF THAT CHARGES FEES AND MAKE CARD OF PATIENTS . MY WIFE WENT TO KAINOS OPD WITH MY SMALL CHILD SHE WAS EXTREMELY SICK AND SUFFERING FROM ACUTE PAIN IN STOMACH . AS I AM POSTED 300 KM AWAY FROM ROHTAK. SHE WENT ALONE TO SAME OPD ON 14 NOV 2022 AND TOOK TREATMENT FROM DR HARPREET AFTER PAYING RS 700 FEES. AS SHE DID NOT GET RELIEF SO SHE WENT AGAIN ON 15 NOV 2022 WITH 4 YEAR CHILD SHE REACHED OPD AT 6:02PM. JUST TWO MINUTES LATE BUT THE FRONT DESK STAFF DID NOT ALLOW TO MEET DR HARPREET AND TOLD DR HARPREET HAS INSTRUCTED ME NOT TO ALLOW ANY PATIENT EVEN AFTER 1 MINUTE AFTER 6:00 PM.THOUGH WE HAVE ALREADY PAID RS 700 on 14 NOV 2022. MY WIFE WAS IN UTTER PAIN AND HOLDING HER CHILD IN HANDS.SHE REQUESTED THAT MAN ON FRONT DESK THAT I AM ALONE HERE AND NEEDS URGENT TREATMENT BUT HE DID NOT ALLOW. I CALL KAINOS OPD ON MOBILE TO HELP MY WIFE BUT HE WAS VERY RIGID AND TOLD NO MEANS NO I WILL NOT ALLOW HER TO MEET DOCTOR HARPREET.I ASKED HIM WHAT IF PATIENT DIES AT NIGHT WITH PAIN. BUT HE SAID I CANT HELP YOU . THUS MY WIFE HAS TO BEAR THE PAIN WHOLE NIGHT DUE TO RIGID BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF AND DR HARPREET . HOPE SOMEONE WILL PUNISH THEM SOMEDAY FOR THEIR RUDE BEHAVIOUR TO MUCH NEEDY PATIENTS.
