This has become a prominent local Pav Bhaji brand "Kailash Pav Bhaji" with its food stalls thriving at different locations in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. But I find the best taste at this particular spot near Market building. They have been working here, since a very long time and I have been eating their pav bhaji since my childhood. Recently when I had a plate after many many days, it costed me 70 rupees. Extra pav costs you ten rupees and the buns are squishy soft and have that delicious buttery aroma to it. are The taste is good but nowadays I find Jugaad Jn's Pav bhaji much better because the bhaji is kind of spicy and tastier than Kailash. When I was studying in Ravenshaw, I once had the Kailash pav bhaji infront of the main gate (I'm talking about 2019) but I hadn't liked it at all.. And oh boy, the crowd you find near this Ashok Nagar stall on weekends is something to be wary of. I recently went to get it parceled but I had to wait for a long time because there were too many people placing their orders. In a takeaway you get much more quantity of the bhaji so that can be a plus for people who want to have extra bhaji
The pav bhaji was really yummy... Coming to the bhaji it wasn't watery, it was perfectly cooked with all its masalas and tasted very nice. The food was served with butter, onion and lemon. It was a good overall experience.

This is probably not the best tasting or the best looking pav bhaaji, but is definitely the least greasy pav bhaaji ever. So, not much to complain about.
