Kailash Hospital * Visited the hospital in morning around 8 and paid the visiting charge Rs 550. * At afternoon post lunch went there and our number came quite soon. * The patient was all around the doctor. * The doctor was quite fast on checking up the patient. * I've been suggested with some medicine and asked to revisit in next 20 days. * The suggested medicine didn't work in my case at all and thought of changing the doctor but wanted to visit Dr Kailash one more time if he could suggest anything else by not paying for now. * Somehow entered to the doctor's chamber and kept our prescription on table. * As soon as the doctor took my prescription i started explaining as short as possible in one line as the prescribed medicine didn't work at all. * The doctor was not listening to me and was looking at the payment token which was of previous date. * He straightaway returned my prescription and asked to get the token and come again. * All i wanted to say that the previously suggested medicine didn't work at all but he got busy checkin other patients. * I had to come out of the chamber but decided not to visit here again and decided to visit JIMS HOSPITAL (Dr. Prakash)

I consulted Doctor Neha Bajaj in my 7th month of pregnancy through a reference. My observation for Dr Neha and Kailash Hospital was good and was up to the expectations. Dr. Neha provides sufficient time to her patient and do not give unnecessary and over dosages of medicines. She didn't change my earlier medicines prescribed by my earlier doctor with whom I was getting my treatment done in different State. She continued the same medicine and provided all answers to my queries I had as it was my 1st pregnancy. I had a normal delivery with no issues and hurdles. Nevertheless, the experienced sisters who helped me with my delivery was the best part, Mary, Daizy, Kiran and Anita were really helpful and encouraged me for my normal delivery and through out the process. The rooms were timely cleaned up and was spacious enough. Food served for private room was really good as it was home made. You get rooms as per your budget and requirement. The discharge formalities was also smooth. Suggestions: 1. The facility of water bottles should be available in private rooms. 2. Staffs are cooperative but need to be more professional in terms of asking tips from patients and their families. Staffs who were not involved in the treatment also ask for tips. They take huge amount from patient's family on the name of "Shagun" which was bit awkward for us. Thanks.
