Good place to get yourself treated. Dr Sushil Sharma's assessment and the way he explains the problem and the treatment options available is amazing. The patients feel much more comfortable and convinced after talking with him as he clears all the doubts.

Dr Saroj dubey is a gem of a person! All the staffs are very friendly and corporative.

Poor disorganised health checkup department Headed by Dr. Simmi Mehra who is always inside her room not aware of the disorganised department she is head of Only organised department was ultrasound II whose nurse took care to call people as per their turn all other departments it is one who can push yourself inside. TMT staff rude missing most of time. Appreciate Dr. Anjali Singh from the dental department, she is very patient with patients, also very hygie concious. Although the dental department lacks enough chairs, many patients need to wait. The billing staff needs training to be more courteous & efficient (less on mobile). The hospital needs better management.

I recently visited the Kailash Hospital, Sec-27 Noida, and experienced exceptional Orthopedic care. I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. I just read review of Akhlesh Saxena written 7 days before ( for treatment of dengue ) and completely agree with the review. We suffered even a worst fate as we lost our father Dr ( Prof ) R.L. Gupta due to the wrong treatment protocols and callous attitude at Kailash Hospital. I am his daughter Dr Mahajan. My father had dengue fever and got admitted under Dr Narendra Gupta. He basically got admitted for proper care and monitoring and he was not in a critical state at all. Dr Narendra did not make proper clinical judgements and did not follow proper clinical protocols. Inspite of our family members pointing out to him about our father showing no signs of improvement after treatment , infact deterioration in clinical condition, he failed to see any warning signs and took no proper TIMELY clinical action. On the contrary , his behavior was extremely rude and dismissive. Had Dr Narendra followed proper protocols and taken timely clinical action and made correct clinical judgements, MY FATHER WOULD HAVE BEEN SAVED . When my sister pointed out to him in the afternoon about my father not looking well , he shouted at her and bullied and insulted her , that very evening my father went into COMA. He was taken to the ICU from where Dr Narendra ran off ( as by that time he knew what he had done ). But we had a worst fate ahead .The ICU doctor posted that night - Dr S.K.Singh . His behaviour and conduct felt that he is not a doctor, but a CRIMINAL. He was so cruel and EVIL. He made too much noise of having done everything, but in reality he was sleeping inside the closed door of ICU. He left my father to bleed and bleed to death. He had called the neurosurgeon on duty - Dr Varun Bhargav. Who came yawning and sleepy . He told us yawning that case is very critical and he will come in the morning around 9 AM to do burr hole surgery . For critical case, he was planning to come in next morning ! That too a neurosurgeon. Clinical guidelines suggest that early intervention even in dengue after platelets infusion may give a chance to patient . But he went back in a sleepy state yawning that he will come in the morning leaving my father to bleed and bleed hoping that by morning he dies and he ( Dr Varun ) does not have to do the surgery . So much for the sleep of a ' neurosurgeon ' whose advertisements are placed all over Kailash social media apps . Overall the treatment given and behaviour and conduct was a nightmare and horrifying beyond imagination and we feel that my father , had he received proper care , he would have been saved. Few words about ICU doctor - Dr S.K.Singh. Nobody can be more EVIL than him . Cannot believe he is a doctor ! and that too working in ICU where patients are alone and not with their family member and in a hospital in Delhi NCR ! How can any patient be left alone at his mercy ...he is so cruel . Who selected him deserves a medal ! We suffered a horrible tragedy . And these people made it even more devastating. I discussed our nightmare experience with the admin of Kailash but apart from a few empty words " humhe bahut dukh hai " nothing was done . I am writing here so that other patients become aware and please if you are concerned about your loved ones lives, please do not get them admitted in this hospital especially for treatment of dengue fever . I know of many more patients of dengue who have lost their lives in this hospital and have not been reported ..My father will not come back but by speaking about my tragedy, at least no other patient or their families have to go through the horrendous torture like we did - that 's what I hope for
