Gym is quite good with yoga, crossfit and weight training. Also got ayurveda consultations along with a canteen. Good value for money and one of the best gym in noida sector-62.
The therapies provided here are very relaxing and amazing... special mention of kiran (one of the therapist) she takes her time and her skills and techniques makes your body at ease ... very healing and an exceptional experience !!
