My nephew born in this hospital.The staff is very cooperative, friendly and always available in need. One improvement is needed- Allow more than two attendant at a time. The doctors are well experienced and staff is pretty much nice. Somewhere, it is also costly, so they have to look around the packages and makes the customer happy. But I recommend this hospital for a proper care of newly born baby. Overall, I give it 4.5 stars

The staff took good care of the patient. All the staff were qualified & well-behaved with patent as well as with attenders. Easy and fast service for patient. All the safety measures were followed properly by the staff.

I took my father to this hospital where Dr. Saurabh Kumar Sinha in urology provided excellent care. He was knowledgeable and empathetic, explaining the diagnosis thoroughly. The hospital's services were efficient, and the staff was professional. Clean and comfortable environment. Overall, a positive experience, and I recommend it for reliable and compassionate medical care.

The staff is very nice and friendly and well taken care of. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Honestly, they provide good services. Special thanks to the translators/ Coordinator who tirelessly helped, accompanied us everywhere, and got in touch at any time of the day. Worst staff of casualty. They prepared a wrong prescription with wrong disease and doctor name is also incorrect. When i approched their my mother was only patient in casualty and staff is busy in gossips. They prepared the discharge slip with wrong disease. Even doctor check it and mark it as correct. I made a complaint with authority and on their mail address but no action from their side. They are not able to attend a single patient so go with a reputed hospital where staff is educated and responsible because it's a matter of life and seriousness is most important in it. But in this hospital there's a lack of seriousness. Gossips are priority for their staff.
